1 lb. Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup of hot mashed potatoes
Peanut butter
Mix sugar and potatoes together.Then I pour onto a cookie sheet that I had already sprinkled with powdered sugar, so it would not stick. Pat mixture flat. Then spread peanut butter on it and roll up like a jelly roll. Then cut into pieces. This is delicious and easy.

Oh yes! That sounds wonderful! Nothing like peanut butter candy! I do use the mashed potatoes when I make it, I did not know of this recipe.
