Fettuccine Alfredo

This is all it takes!
Some don't like black pepper. I do though.
If I have heavy whipping cream I would use that instead but
I used what I had.
1 pint of heavy whipping cream
(or half and half)
1 stick butter
(not margarine)
1 tsp. Garlic powder
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Optional 2 tbsp. cream cheese
salt and pepper

Melt stick of butter. Add heavy cream.
Cook over medium heat while stirring the whole time.
When thickening, add cheese.
Add Garlic powder.
Salt and pepper to taste.
I served with Grilled Salmon & Brussel sprouts
cooked with
bacon and butter.
You will never buy bought alfredo sauce again,
once you make this.
It is easy and quick.
Enjoy!

Hot Sauce

Ingredients:
1 Can whole tomatoes (I used fresh tomatoes because I have plenty)
1 Can Rotel Tomatoes & Green chilies
2 Large Jalapena peppers-chopped
Directions:
Put all in blender and blend 5 to 6 seconds. Put in quart jar and refrigerate.
Enjoy!
This is really good with the Brunswick Stew below! This recipe makes more than you think. It will last a long while.
