This is a great way to make cornbread that is easy and quick. When I make pan cornbread I don't use an egg but when I fry cornbread I do. |
1 cup of self rising cornmeal. 1 egg Milk or buttermilk Mix until a thick consistency that you can spoon out. |
I have my pan with a little oil hot and ready. |
These are so good and crunchy. |
