| This is a great way to make cornbread that is easy and quick. When I make pan cornbread I don't use an egg but when I fry cornbread I do. |

| 1 cup of self rising cornmeal. 1 egg Milk or buttermilk Mix until a thick consistency that you can spoon out. |

| I have my pan with a little oil hot and ready. |
